THANKS
Hey bro replace your spark plugs. Mines did the same thing, crank but wont turn over, end up being spark plugs fouled. check distributor cap /rotor, replace those and wires
did you plug in all your ecu and chassis harnesses? some folks forget to plug in their chassis harness next to the ecu. both sides of the engine harness on nice and tight. all your grounds are on? make sure your ground on your valve cover is not on the valve cover itself, but a stud. (VC is insulated by the rubber seals) ground on the Thermostat housing? positive cable going into the fuse box? i'll let you know if i think of anything else.
Check your spark plugs? Holy christ.
If your not getting fuel, and no spark, and the check engine light is on, you need to go back and recheck your wiring. Something is up.. Unplugged, not wired correctly.
Its tough when you switch all of those wires and then a problem arise, you cant just do your standard diagnosis. Something is wrong. Check your main relay also, that controls fuel also.

main relay is brand new and no check engine lights where not on
it turn out to be that in the wire harness there 2 junction connectors on is for ground and the others are for power and both junction connectors have a cap on them , none of them had that freaking cap so there for not making ground contact

It sound like some wiring problems, where did you get the conversion harness from? If you know how I'd go ahead and manually trace the wires from the ecu to the engine in order to make sure things match up.

might get you started. good luck
btw it probably does sadly get more views / replies, but there's no need to offer money in the subject line

check the pins on the jumper harness mine did the same crap i couldnt figure it out then i decided to unplug the plugs from the ecu and one of this pins had bent so when i plugd it in it wasnt making contact i straighted it and pluged it in and it has started fine and ran perfect since.
