i'd get a good valve job and possibly mild pnp from a reputable shop (alaniz, portflow, rlz, etc). It wouldn't hurt to clay the motor when you put the head on and of course degree the cams.

The RDX turbo injectors *might* also work.

They are 410 cc/min and can be purchased for about $40 each (I know - I just bought some from Len @ Buranco)

They have reportedly better atomization than any aftermarket variety i.e. RC Eng which is good for a couple whp.

for my build i've gone with RC 310cc's, which is fairly similar to yours.

but there are plenty of alternatives, as BFR stated above, and kay0s mentioned with the H22 injectors, rated at 290cc IIRC

The RDX injectors sound good. I wonder if its a bolt on for a b18c. Import builders in the thread say its good for 3-4whp on a k20 of course.

A valve job should be on your agenda as mentioned. Maybe clean up the combustion chamber a bit if you're not doing a p and p.

Are you getting the Toda C2? It is a bit more aggressive than the old C. You might need more static cr. I would mill the head.
