i have new tires in the rear, and front tires have inner wear (not an even wear) when above 50+ mph the car pulls to the right. I am lowered and when i had my old rims w/ tires this did not happen, recently got these 15'' slips with used tires. any suggestions on what can fix the problem?

 

alimentment and camber/washer trick should be done :D

aww **** man.. took the car to get aligned today and they told me that they will align it but hat it would be a waste of my money because it will go back to the same way it was before, they said that because the wheels are like this /---\ they cannot align it and gurantee their work , as a matter of fact they tolds me it would be worthless to align it. I told them what if i got a camber kit and they said that the fender would be in the way and would cost more.. so they told me they can press the arm or something like that and they get the wheels straight then align it but im looking at somewhere round $250 for their work.. dont know what to do guys. thinking just getting some 16'' and not lower it alot .. but really wanna stay with the 15'' .. need to solve this problem.. any suggestions on what i should do?

the problem are the tires not the rims.

they are the biggest idiots, actually, the biggest cons as well. yes they can align you car without any camber kits. having any negative camber has nothing to do with it. and yes if you install a camber kit it will help, but no, it will not hit your fender and it will not cost more (some places charge alittle extra for lowered cars, regardless of you have a kit).

there is no press or tool they can use to straghten it out, only a kit will help. and if you think tire wear is bad now, it's be alittle worse with bigger rims.

IMO, get yourself a camber kit, prefferably one that goes on the a-arm. those are easier to install, install it and take it to someone who knows what the hell they are doing and won't rip you off.

 

so my problem is that i need an alignment or that i need a camber kit? or both? what if i just go get an alignment.. will that help?
