How to change a clutch?
#1 Jack up car on tall jackstands
#2 disconnect battery
#3 remove axles (that's a topic into itself)
#4 remove the shift linkage from the transmission
#5 disconnect electrical components from transmission, remove battery and battery tray
#6 place jack w/ 2X4 underneath engine
#7 jack up engine until you can see it raise in the bay
#8 remove the rear, front, and passenger-side engine mounts
#9 remove the transmission-to-engine and engine-to-transmission bolts
#10 pull transmission away from the engine, lower it to the ground, and slide it out under the car
#11 brace the flywheel and crack loose the clutch bolts
#12 remove the clutch
Then perform the steps in reverse... I don't think I forgot anything. HTH
