how long do i need to wait for a cel light

so i rewired my o2 harness and i need to know how long to wait for my computer to reset
so thanks
and if i dont have my o2 sensor on will it make my car run rich

Just disconnect the neg. batt for 15 seconds and your good.

sorry to thread crash, but when does the ecu actually get rid of the CEL? from what i was told was it takes about 60-100 miles of driving before the CEL is actually erased from the system....
