Default Warm up Misfiring Problems

hey guys i dont usually post here, more on po.com but i have a situation i cant figure out. Let me list some specs before continuing;

99 5th gen base
JRSC @ 9lb
440CC RC injector
Greddy Emanage
NGK 1-step colder copper plugs

Currently at cold start the lude runs perfectly fine no problems at all, but once the lude warms up, i receive a blinking CEL 1399 which is random misfire. The car actually misfires as well through the axle-back. The weird thing is that the CEL will disappear but the car will continue misfiring. I have change my distributor rotor, cap, plugs and wires, still no luck. This problem actually occurred when i had my injectors reserviced at RC, the idle will drop as well while misfiring. while the car is at full throttle, this will hold up at 5k rpm. If anyone has any info or what steps to take next please let me know thanks

check your plugs to see how they look and see if you find anything

gap is done at stock .48 i think and then .35 for second set (force induction pregapped already)

coolant is alright checked as well from newly installed samco. done before and after still misfired.

i ffound out it was the injectors, i got them switched out and no more misfiring. But now when i run the car at full throttle i can get past 1st gear but 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc the car cant rev past 5k rpm. feels like the car tries to push but it holds back, kinda like back pressure

does greddy emanage have the ability to scale the injectors so not so much fuel is dumped at idle?

check your map sensor and map sensor vac lines, i ran rich for over a year before i discovered that one of the lines was compromised...just inspect them closely..it was a headache!
