smoke coming from under hood

Default smoke coming from under hood

ya i stopped and my car was making weird noises and i opened up the hood and a cloud of white-grey smoke came out.. it kinda smelled like evaporating oil.. is my engine blown?? or can i repair it and how??

i drive a 1995 Civic DX

as long as you dont hear any clanking your engine can run you may have a bad oil leak come up while the engine was hot dropping on the header or a part of the exhaust...(oil filter, oil pressure gauge) or your engine can be overheating like crazy... i dont know about radiators tho much

i think my engine is GONE cuz it knocks.. it klanks and now its overheating.. but i live in S.FL and it is REALLY hot today.. right now me and my friend are jacking it up to see if theres a leak or anything but thanks.. if anyone else has an answer PLEASE POST!!

you threw a bearing and have a rod knock sorry 2 say but shes dead you may have had a leak that caused this because low oil pressure usually leads 2 this no matter teh age of motor
