anybody beat VW's with their car??

theres a bunch of sh*t talkin vw owners who say they spank integras all the time.where i live in ny.has any body had any success in killin a vw?if so what mods to you have and what were you racing

hey ok did i miss soemthing? that doesnt soudn leik a stupid question at all. i drive a da and i beat a 97 gti vr6 the mods r in my signature and i had the car stripped i.e. no back seats or spare.

It's a pretty stupid question because this is a technical forum...Not a bench racing resource...

If i had to guess, i'd say your 8mm NGK plug wires gave you the added power you needed.

I used to school my buddys old 1.8T jetta 5speed...it was a 2000 ...he had an intake,boost controller, and a BOV...I never lost to that car on the street, BUT I dont race anymore so ...shrug
