i have a 1996 honda civic hatch and want to do a gsr swap. the motor that i have is an obd1 and i need to know if i get an obd2 ecu to make it emissions legal in new york. wat i have to do to the motor to make it obd2

 

the gsr motor you have is obd1? if so all you would need to do to make it obd2 is add a few sensors, maybe change the distributor, and get a obd2 p72 ecu
