question...HID better on Projector ?? or STOC Headlight???
if you're asking about plug and play kits....NIETHER! I've yet to see a P&P kit that didn't glare like a bitch....the fact is simply because the bulbs are different than halogen so is the reflector part of the housing between a true HID headlight and a halogen(whether it's a projector style or normal). I'd reccomend either do a retro fit, or get a set of colored bulbs such as the PIAAs, raybrig, etc.
i was thinkin about the P&Pif not then i will buy the holagan and make them fit..custom fit..so yea..still thinkin just want some infom on it

No no no...
HIDs are ILLEGAL when placed in without projectors. If anyone has ever flashed a maglite in your eyes in plain darkness, you'd know how oncoming traffic would feel.
Glare shields work only to a certain extent... They DO provide a cutoff, however, the cutoff line is completely blurred and you will notice many hot spots on the ground.
Projectors tend to send light out very evenly with no glare above the cutoff level. It will spread the light horizontally so you can light up all five lanes on the freeway. Retrofits are always the best choice.

HIDs are illegal when retrofitted no matter what. Cops just give far less hassle for projector retros.
