How to test an 02 sensor on OBD1 95 GSR?
I am running rich with a complete tune up. I was getting 200 miles off a full tank, but after valve adjustment I get about 220, but not what I wanted with no mods. beside intake & exhaust. Therefore, anyknow know how to test the 02 sensor @ the house? Also, are the maintenance light suppose to blink like 10 times when you start the motor, but it doesn't stay on, just blink like 10 times and goess off?
run a multimeter with it, then cross reference it back to the helms you should have. lol if you get lots of resistance then there the sensor is bad. no resistance then it should be good. also how many miles are on it? also when you switched out your exhaust, did you touch it or drop it at all? one finger print will make an oxygen sensor faulty. good luck.
I have not change my header, but just the catback. Therefore, I would assume the 02 sensor have never been drop before I took the car over when it was stock all the way. Car have 86k

This forum is showing me how to diagnosis an OBD2 car when I dont have a MIL. I am not pulling any code beside I don't know why the Maintenance light blink like ten times on key on or start engine, which I don't know is it normal.
