will running a (98+spec ITR/JDM motor) with a (usdm obd2a ecu) in my 2000 ex coupe pass emissions test? if not? im lost and dont even know what i can do for swaps and stayin legall??? sweet climate controll- no good swaps!!! obd2B f@cked me!!
