obd2b-obd2a?? HELLLLPPPPPP!!!!
will running a (98+spec ITR/JDM motor) with a (usdm obd2a ecu) and a jumper in my 2000 ex coupe pass emissions test when plugged in? if not? im lost and dont even know what i can do for swaps and stayin legall??? sweet climate controll- no good swaps!!! obd2B f@cked me!! is an EM1 swap my only option???

Yeah, it will still read correctly. There are a few sensors that the OBD2b chassis has that the OBD2a chassis does not, but as long as they don't bust you for running the OBD2a ecu, you should be ok.
