maybe if he want to spend a milion dollars for 15 hp (if ur lucky) @ the wheels

id look at ebay first.

easiest way for an intake is to buy a k&n drop in, and cut the bottom off your air box. same thing, just minus the shiny pipe.

If you want a CAI and do not want any problems with the CEL, purchase the Fujita F5 CAI for the 03-05 Accord. The model number is : CA1914-4Cyl w/ MAF Sensor. After that, you can purchase a DC Sports 4-2-1 Headers, There are two kinds, Ceramic or Stainless steel Brushed. Ceramic due to high heat, it is possible to crack. Stainless steel brushed can resist higher temperature and is recommended if using any other equipment that will cause higher heat temperatures coming out of the block. For exhaust system, I cannot tell you which one to get, there are millions of brand out there. I was thinking of the DC Sports Single Canister or the Tanabe Medallion. I dont want the "Ricer" sound but a nice sound that wont get me pulled over. Well good luck, and if you are low budget and looking for speed, check out the Nitrous Oxide thread.
