will an LS automatic swap bolt right up into an EG? would the tranny mount be the same? tried searchin nothing came up. any help is appreciated. thanks

yes the civic is auto, so everything should line right up then?

i want to see an automatic LS swap in and EG. my boy wants to do this swap in his car and i have never seen it done. just want to see if any mods have to be made. want to see actual swap not just go off people words.

wow, that sounds kind of an odd swap. i would like to see some pix as well if anyone has done it!

 

most people swap motors to be faster...an auto trans sorta defeats the purpose i suppose.

but i was wondering the same thing as my gf want to buy an eg or ej and wants to drop a swap in...either ls vtec or gsr...but doesnt really wanna have to conform to driving stick every day...

the only down side is that i hear that honda auto trans dont like too much power pushed to them....so i dunno about how a buily motor would do on an auto tranny.

any ideas?
