Default NO A/C???

ok so me and my friend just got done doing some work on my car... its 3 degress out side so i turn my heat on... it gets to hot and i go to turn it down.... and pop! my hot/cold moves super easy/freely!!! what the F*ck happend?!! and how do i fix it... like how do i take it out?

what year is your car ?

all i know about a/c are on civic from 92-95 ... so maybe the wire that is attached to hot and cold **** snaped .. i guess that would explain the pop and the freely moving hot cold thingy ....

that will show you how to remove the a/c unit ... there wire has to be disconneced and replace ... and you should be fine

yep had the same prob in my four dor, its actually an easy change, check your local junk yard for the parts

There is a cable attached to the slider on your climate control that goes to a bracket on your heater core. It opens a vent. The cable either popped off, or snapped. Check under your dash and glovebox area.
