Default b20b vtec motor mounts question..?

I have a B20b block and a gsr head. I am building my b20 vtec and i was told that with some hasport motor mounts would be best way to go but i would have to much vibration. Why is this? what is the next best motor mounts that would be reliable with this kind of motor in a eg hatchback with no vibration problems what so ever but very reliable?.

If you're looking for stiffer mounts but not as hefty vibration, get some urethane inserts for your stock mounts. I believe Energy Suspension sells them.

Also note that, you might want to change out your old mounts, with some new ones, since the car is pretty old now. Also note that Energy Suspension makes two types of mounts, the softer versions which are black, and the firmer ones which are red. The rear mount insert (tranny mount) will cause the most vibration, due to it being below the firewall.
