Energy Suspension makes poly inserts.

Or Innovative, Hasport and Avid all make stiffer mounts as well.

can you expect a slightly quicker throttle responce with poly mounts? And alot of people say poly mounts are bad cuz they wear out (talking about suspension) why don't you hear this for motor mounts???

Motor mounts do nothing for throttle response...throttle response is how well/quickly the engine responds to throttle input, and therefore is not related at all to mounts.

What motor mount inserts (or fully polyurethane mounts) will do is reduce wheel hop, possibly make your shifts more precise and more crisp, and just overall keep your engine more solidly mounted.

Polyurethane suspension bushings are put through much more movement and much more constant stress than motor mount bushings, so that's why there are more complaints about them. I've had polyurethane torque mount inserts on my car for over a year and a half and they still look brand new. I wouldn't really worry about that.

Motor mounts will keep it more solid you have to be kidding me....thanks for clearing that up! No kidding. However keeping the motor more stable would produce a better throtle responce. BTW i know what that is too....thanks. I was wondering if anyone else had opinions on this. I had a buddy that had an engine stablizer bar on an RX-7 and that made a bid difference in throtle responce. To explain, when the motor torques in the engine mounts it is slowing the throtle responce. Eliminate this torque increses throtle resoponce. I was wondering if anyone had head of an engine stablizing bar for a DC2 or if Poly mounts are worth it.
