They were resolved over a year ago afik. There were problems with the seal material itself. The seal material was incompatible with some brake fluids not all or even the ones tested. We used one (racing in HC 4) for several months last year until we realized (ok - it was pointed out!) that it was not technically a 'oem replacement'.

Problems have been worked out. I've been running the prototype revised version since October, 2005 with no problems. A ton of hard driving on it and around 20,000 miles.

IF they ever get released.... I've been waiting for 2 months for the new design to be stocked

It does work great. With a stock Civic shifter I can shift faster than my friends with short throws, not that it matters though.

i purchased omni's quick cmc about a year ago when they first came out (pre-ordered mine ) to use on my k20a integra and of cousre it failed due to the cheap o-ring in it. however, i sent it back to omni and they replaced it with a new one (w/ better o-ring). it's been working ever since; no problems what so ever for about a year now. it's great .
