1. 2.5" piping.
2. Oxygen Sensor bungs can be welded onto existing piping.
3. No, you don't need a resonator, but you do need a Catalytic Converter to stay legal.
4. Turbo's? Don't know what you're asking.

Holy crap Matt, 2.5" are u kiddin? i would use than on maybe a k20a2, but NO WAY on a d17.
Im running 2.25", and I noticed a drop in low end. If i was to do it all over again, 2" FTW with a d17a1, a d17a2 MIGHT be able to get away with 2.25", but 2.5" is WAY to big.
Heres my answers to your questions.

1) 2.25"
2) THe 02 sensors usually go into the catalytic converter, and yes they can put a cat on ur custom exhaust
3) no u do not need a resinator
4) THe only legalities with exhaust are, #1 YOU MUST have a catalytic converter #2 You MUST pass smog regulations ( emissions testing) and in most places #3 you much be under a certain level of dB. <-- Loudness

Stock is 1 5/8 or 1.75 IIRC. 2" is fine for NA. And your best bet is from the header back witha new cat as well. There downpipe is double walled and there's a donut in the back of the cat cutting the diameter down. So opening up the back end does very little without also opening up the front.
