Default Shaking question

I have a 97 civic ex, and its kind of a stupid question.... but My car was stolen and all they took were my rims (thank god), well long story short I had to just slap some steelies on that I had to get from junk yards, and went and bought just some used tires from a tire shop.. Now on the freeway when driving about 60 my steering wheel shakes?? Do i need a alignment or just balance the tires ??

thanks in advance

umm, get new wheels. Or you could waste the money and balance the steelies. Unless you plan on keeping them
