preheat ur oven to 350. when it reaches 350, shut the oven off. put ur headlights in for 10 minutes. they should peeeel rite apart. make sure alll metal parts are taken off before they go in the oven

sometimesyou can get away with taking a heat gun to it and reheating the glue and pressing the lens back to itand holding til it dries(couple secs). Or you can get some silicone. me and a buddy of mine did it on his 95 integra. havent had any problems with it so far. there really isnt any trick to it other then take your time with it but not so slow that the glue will harden back up

If you can spare $20 go buy some Hondabond. Its the same compound you'd use to form your valve cover gasket. Hondabond works on everything it can even make julian fries..

this is the link of da one pieces. but no pics.

for me i just wanted to remove my glare guards. so i took off the clips and took that one screw and just baked them at about 225 degrees for about 10-15 min. and after a little man power they came right apart. don't put it too hot, because then the edge behind the corner light will bend and not go back to place. my buddy did that and had to cut it off so it would fit back on his car.

after you get them off i'm guessing you sand off the chrome where you want to paint it black. don't get rid of all the chrome, just the trim. because my other buddy did that and thought it was the coolest thing ever but he couldn't see five feet in front of him.

dang... i cant believe there are still pics of my old car floating round... all i did was heat the oven to 220.... set them in there and start prying them apart at the foglight.. and slowly pull apart and you may need a knife to kinda cut the glue cause its pretty tough.... then when you want to put them back together... jsut put the back in the oven ... and let them warm back up and then put them together while they are hot... and put the clips back on.... and bang thats it

you don't need honda bond, all you need is any type of sealant that'll keep water out. i used some toilet silicon stuff and i live in seattle and i haven't had any type of leaks yet.

A hair dryer would take FOREVER. I know because I have tried it before. A heat gun could possibly damage the lights because you would be applying very high heat to a single concentrated area.

If you use the oven, you're heating up everything evenly. If you don't go too hot (I wouldn't go over 300) then there isn't really any danger of melting anything.
