Can anybody describe the location of the bolt you must remove (inside the bell housing) to allow the shifting forks/counter shaft/main shaft to come out? Is it an allen key? 12mm? Thanks,
Dan

are you trying to separate the case halves? if so there is a snap ring under the big plug on the side of the tranny, open it so it can slide off the shaft and then the cases can come apart.
remove the reverse gear and idler and the shift exchange and then the forks, you should then be able to pull on both shafts and they should comeout

it is an allen head bolt, inside the bell housing, a couple of inches over from the starter hole
