can somebody please help me out...im doing a mini me swap and i want to do i the right way..the only problem im having is the vtec i cant figure it out..i have a 1990 honda civic cx(ef9 hatch)...i also have a po8 ecu from a jdm d15b vtec motor and also can i use the stock harness from my original d15 non vtec?or should i get the d16z6 harness cuz thats the head im using? and how do i do the one wire vtec? i was going to do that...please give me ur opinions and how the hell im supposed to do this....

if you have the one wire vtec setup. then you just connect the one wire to the vtec selinoid

If you're going to obd1, there is no need to do a one-wire conversion.

 

you can still stay obd0 and use a PS9 ecu (I have one for sale )
