i decide to change transmission oil, my car is honda civic 1993 with manual trensmission wich transmission oil is better for this car. i whant change entirely and hom much oil it needs??

 

go to the dealership and ask for honda manual transmission fluid, i think its like 2.5 quarts. they will let you know how much.

that is all you need. add years to your tranny and do it right. honda MTF FTMFW!!!

Honda specific would be best. Alot of people @ my local track swear by that or GM synchromesh. Albeit in my area its much easier to get ahold of the Honda oem fluid.

 

Honda MTF is great stuff, you'll need to get 3 bottles. One is an emergency bottle (spills happen!)

 

honda mtf is great stuff and all, but i've ran RP 5w30 in all my gearboxes and never seemed to have a problem. just my .02
