Your IACV ( Idle air control valve) is shot, or unplugged, or even clogged probably. Any CEL's?

and could it also be the map sensor ?

CEL means Check Engine Light.

As for the IACV, on a Z6, its located on the back of the intake manifold, next to Throttlebody. Its held on by two bolts, either 10 or 12 mm, i cant remember.

Have you tried reseting the ECU, by unplugging it, or unplugging the battery for a few minutes? Could just be a glitch.

If it is clogged, u can unbolt it, can wipe out the blockages from the holes on the IACV itself, reinstall it, and go from there.

If you really dont fee comfortable doin any of that, have a higher educated honda enthusiast, or your mechanic take care of it.
