get a really long screwdriver and go from the bottom and pop it. but first get another car that is same as yours just so you see how the mechanism works

tried that thing wont budge .. the car was already wrecked so i took a crowbar to it .. lol still didnt budge .. any other sugestions out there !?

dude thanks for all the help ... worked great ... almost got my hand stuck but it was worth it .. now i just have to get the ends i made with the crow bar out of the hood ...
