Default Can a b18b be bored safely to 84 mm?

Is an ls motor bored out to 84mm possible? Because i was thinking its the same as a stock b20 bore. Is it safe to run on an all motor setup w/ itr p73 pistons oversized?? I need to know if this will work reliably thanks.
