Ok so i go to get out of my car and the door wont open. There is no resistance on the handle inside or out. So i poped off that bezel plastic thing around the handle and lock button and i was going to play around with the handle and when i pulled on the handle on the inside the door opened? So i tested it a few times inside and out and locked it and opened it and now it works fine?? I have no idea what happened but i dont want it to happen again? Have any ideas why i wasnt working then i really didnt do anything but pop off the plastic piece inside and now it works fine?

Well today it did it again so i played with the remote for a while then it worked? So i went in the car and the problem is that the lock is mesed up and sometimes you cant unlock the door and sometimes your cant its weird? Like manually or electrically it stays locked on the driver side?

factory locks or aftermarket installed???

had this problem the other day with me EJ 99 civic. Passenger side didn't want to unlock, i had to remote unlock/lock from the outside a few times for it to open. Viper alarm system w/ stock locks.
