doing a swap need some help!
i've got an ls/vtec that i'm dropping into my civic. Story short i'm trying to replace the bearing thats in the flywheel. i'm doing this by hand because i don't have a compressor. i tried using a 12 point 11/6 i believe to take off the bolts on the side of the flywheel with no luck whatsoever. i had my brother hold the flywheel and the bolt just isn't budging. Have any other suggestions how to take it off or is my only resort to go out and get a compressor and do it that way?
ill try to explain how i do it cause i never use air tools........what i do it thread a tranny bolt into the block and but the bols that hold the clutch in but not all the way then put a flat bar againt them and use a 2 ft breaker bar and bam they all loosen up......im not the best at explaining things so soory if this dosent help

he is talking about the 17mm 12 point. just have someone hold the crankshaft bolt with a 19mm socket and breaker bar while you take the 17mm off.
hope this helps...gl man
