Default DO I HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION FOR PISTON AND CRANK B18C1?

(((I HAVE A B18C1 HEAD))) haven't riped it apart tho

the block sucked a bit of water in it, got hydro locked and blew the block..
would that cause any damage to the head?

other then the actual b18c1 parts for the bottom end, do i have any other option for crank and pistons? or if i have those parts, what other blocks can i put them in?

Usually hydrolocking a motor only damages the bottom end. The piston ends up further away from the valves, unless you break a rod completely. The choices of piston for a B-series engine are almost limitless. You can choose to go OEM and run P73, P30, PCT, even P72. Wiseco, CP, Arias, JE are just a few companies that offer pistons for B-series Honda motors. You can run a factory LS crank and rods, or a GSR/ITR crank and rod assembly. Scat, Crower, and Eagle all offer stroker cranks for the mighty B. You have to decide how many $$ you want to spend and couple that with your HP goals. At that point you can begin to map out your build strategy.

not true. lsvtecs are revved to 9k all the time. but they're built the right way. b18c1 and ls cranks are different. you need to corresponding rods to use whichever crank. gsr crank = gsr rods. ls crank = ls rods.

You can use either of those setups. All b18c1 and ls parts are interchangable as long as you do the corresponding things neccesary Ie gsr crank=gsr rods and vice versa
