just finish my swap
running into some problems
INFO:

99 cx hatch
99 ex COUPE engine wire harness (one pice )
obd2b to obd1 jumper harness
obd1 p72 ecu

THE PROBLEM :
well not getting power to ecu , i did a test light on the yell/black wire on the center connector of the wire harness and nothing AND NO power on the no.39 fuse in the under dash fuse box what could be . i have no spark nor the fuel pump is priming
help plz
and i when I turn the ingnition to the II I dont have a CEL light or anything like that

Main relay
Engine harness (if all the connectors are connected)

 

all right I have a question on ur answer
obd2b 99 ex engine coupe harness on the ecu end it has a green male plug that should go on the green female plug chassis harness right ?

 

so far i been testing all fuses and N0. 31 is not getting power wich in the manual say
no.31 wire color is blu/wht ecm/pcm , pgm fi main relay , integrated control unit
from were is this wire coming from ?
