Default 02 civic ex hood & trunk molding

hey im new at this forum thing but im having a very hard time finding some new hood and trunk molding for my 2002 Civic EX sedan. im trying to find some colormatched hood and trunk molding (the silver strip above the grill on front and the silver strip above the license plate on the trunk) any help would be greatly appreciated.

honda sells them but its gonna cost a pretty penny, check ebay best bet!

You can take those pieces off and have them paint-matched. They're not necessary for the car to function, so you can drive the car whilst they're getting painted.

It's a pretty easy DIY, I did it myself to see if I was up to the task of painting some other parts. It took about 5 minutes to remove the trim piece. So if you can find them cheap in a different color, it won't take much to match them to your paint.
