K how much would these items cost from a Honda dealler **** ???

i got in to a accident and my 98 Civic EX 4d BLUE
got really fucked up and on the estimate it said that they would give me $4,833.17 for repairs and that the estimate was based on used other crashed honda civic parts..... now I do have the right to request that they use all New Honda parts correct ?
( now for the funny stuff )
How much would a 98 Honda Civic EX 4dr Hood cost ( painted ) from Honda and also how much do you think the Headlights would cost ? ( mine got *** right up )
cause on the estimate they said about $300 for the hood ( once again not from honda new but used ) and $93.00 for each front headlight.
