I would look into doing a mini me or at least a d16a6 swap putting money into a 1.5 head is worthless

Ive already done a mini me swap. You think it would be wise to throw in a cam gear and possibly a new cam?

Why? It's the same head as an a6

If you are stock cam I wouldn't bother dicking with a cam gear. What head do you have and what are you looking for in a cam if you do swap one?

Your timing is 1/2 tooth off, which way did you go with it?????

$10 Y7/Y8 cam gear from the dealer, install everything straight up as stated in CRX Helms, assuming you used a D16A6/D15Z6 head......

Only person to ever dyno the cam error, I know what I'm talking about!

That was Sept 1999 BTW.........

Wow, 8hp increase from a y7/y8 cam on a D16a6?
