NGK LASER IRIDIUM plugs to fit my civic
Don't get Iridiums. It's a huge waste of money.
Stick with NGK V-Power, they're the same plugs you'd get from Honda, except they're 1/4 the price. I get all four for my Civic for $6.99. Gap them to .044, and you're golden.

I did this yesterday. The V-power are fine. You can gap to .43 inches or 1.1mm with a tolerance of 0.001mm.

They give you no performance gain and you have to put a higher octane fuel in your car than is necessary, which is also a waste of money.

I thank you for your advice, how long do v power plugs last before the electrode is so worn that they need re-gapping compared with iridium
ps. i like spending money on my baby high octaine fule 4p per LT more no problem T.J.

Thank goodness B16A3s require premium, so I'm not wasting money by using OE Iridiums. Though once I finally get some warm weather I'll finally be able to check and see if they melted like the OEM Platinums I had been running. Had a choice of moving to a colder plug or (theoretically) higher-melting-point plug, this was the path I went down - and hey, if this was the wrong path I'll just replace them with a colder Platinum plug. It's not like plugs are so expensive that you can't experiment.
madoz, I'm not sure if V-Powers are platinum or copper. I assume based on their price they're copper, in which case you should re-gap them every six months to a year, replacing them every 2-4 (depending on how much/hard you drive).
