yeah, they would be cracked more than likely
if you need a visual to see what your lookin for then go to google photo's and type in civic motor mounts and i'm sure you'll find somethin

I'm assuming from this post that you also don't know how to remove your mounts..The rear one is a bitch, so just check the other two and that should narrow down what you might need to replace.
Driver Side Mount:
1. Put a jack on your tranny with a wood block to protect your ****, then jack it up until there is pressure between the wood block and the tranny.
2. Then I'm not sure how many nuts and bolts there are on your mounts, but it's pretty self explanitory, if you have any questions, consults your helms/haynes manual or PM me. There should be three bolts going through your mount. There are two nuts on each bolt wich requires you to use two wrenches to take them off..
3. Then check the mount for damage...When putting the mount back in, make sure your have a pry bar because the bolts might no go back in the way they came out lolz.. So just make sure you have a pry bar to position the mount to nudge the side bolt back in correctly..!!
Tranny Mount(Passenger side mount):1. Position your jack just like you did for the driver mount and put pressure on the tranny
2. There should be four bolts on this mount, one of which is going through the mount which is securing it to your bracket and the other three bolted to your transmission. Take those nuts and bolts off and you got your tranny mount off..!
3. Then expect your mount for damage
Those 2 are the easiest of the three to take out which will narrow down what might need to be replaced.
Ps. I also based this on my car which is a CRX so the number of bolts i stated etc might be wrong, but i basically wrote what you needed to do to take them off..
You can also just look at the mounts and might be able to see damage, but actually taking the mounts off will give you a better idea of what's wrong.
