Stiff motor mounts and engine life
Simple question.
Do stiff motor mounts adversely affect the life of a motor (think vibrations)?
I am thinking that they do, however I can't find any evidence to support this and it seems that a lot of people are running mounts such as, hasport, without mentioning any issues.

Inline four cylinder motors are inherintly unbalanced in their nature. The motor always vibrates, the engine mounts only soften how much you feel it or not. The mounts don't vibrate the motor, the motor vibrates the mounts.
That theory is bunk.
That theory is bunk.
