Default It's been a while.

Well, after about a year of being too busy with other stuff. It's time for me to put some focus on my car. I haven't been on HT in a long time.

First thing's first, I'm sure a lot of people have talked about CAIs for civics but half of them don't seem to be true CAI...what and where (if there are any) can I get a CAI kit that will actually fit into the fender well of my 01 civic? or is there one that possibly does a "reach around" the front of the radiator?

thanks guys.

The AEM V2 is going to be your closest bet, as far as CAI's come. But, you won't see any hp/tq for it, at all. The only bolt-on that is worth the money for hp/tq, would be a turbo kit. And, that's not even a bolt-on.

Like toyomatt said you will see no gains from all boltons. Either save up for a swap or turbo kit.

Yeah, that "change" you noticed is called a noise, and a noise only. Any power gains you think you felt are purely placebo effect.

Yeah, you could do that, just don't forget to take out the front seats and move the steering wheel 3ft towards the back of the car.
