HELP!!!!! DEAD EG!! :(
not mine thankfully, but my friend's 92 si. we were driving along normally, and all of a sudden it started to putter out, and it died. we concluded that the distributor was making no spark, so we went and bought a new one, hooked it up, still the same thing
it is getting fuel, the starter is turning the motor over, but there is no spark happening-----and the distributor is brand new, and the wires and plugs are in good shape. if anyone has any ideas, post em', cuz im all tapped out on this one.

i assume you replaced the cap/rotor-check the old one for cross arc. if you got a re-built dist, take it back for another...no fouling w/ plugs?
btw: if engine light never came on than you'll get no code from a diag-no?
hondas are SO notorious for shitty distributors
