Default Hondata with obd1 p72 on 98 lude....emissions ?

I have been finding mixed responses on this sorry if its been covered. With this setup what emissions stuff needs to stay hooked up ? With the EGR does it need to still be plugged in but can be blocked or can i remove it all together along with the other EGR components that sit by the drivers side motor mount ? Also what with the EVAP system can be removed ? And cat can obviously come out.

The P72 supports the egr, the P28 does not. Somebody correct me if I am wrong.

p72 supports evap.

why remove it though? it is one of the systems that helps emissions the most, while having NO impact on performance.

yes i know but it was more of a space thing and just cleaning up the engine bay. Is there anyway to remove it ? I will be running hondata so will the codes be a problem/will they still show up ?

Don't take out the EVAP. The gas tank has to vent, and the EVAP ensures that it vents in a safe and environmentally friendly way.

personally im not worried about that. I know i know dont give me the speach on killing my children and polluting the air for future generations. I just want to clean the bay up and give myself as much room and the least amount of clutter possible.
