MSD SS Blaster Coil Installation
For some reason I'm really having a time trying to pu this **** in, I have the modified cap and all but I don't know, the **** dosen't seem to work, can anybody help me and tell me the right to hook this bitch up. I 've tried everyway I know how, I mean it might be the coil but I'm not sure is there a way I can tell id it is the coil or not. It will start find if the wire is not hooked up to the coil but as soon as I plug the wire into the coil the car shuts off wtf.

If you hook the power from the coil up to the postive of the internal coil after you disconncet it, it is supposed to work, this is why I'm wondering if it's the coil or not.

i have msd in my accord. If you want to do it right and save yourself some headaches do it right the first time. To my knowledge you have to run it with the MSD ingition box, either 6A for 6AL. I have the 6AL, but there about the same price. Honestly I don't think it really does anything, stock ignition is already good.(that's what everyone told me before i bought it) unless you have FI or running a really high compression all motor car you don't really need it. For you ignition just get some good plugs & wires. If you have an automatice(my accord) then you'll be getting a little bit better gas milage. If i could sell my MSD ingnition for what i got it for or even half i would, just stick with stock ignition. I've heard a lot of people say that the best dis.cap for honda motors is the stock one. And don't try to hook up the blaster w/out the box... some bad ***** could happen.
