Ordered new cap and rotor from honda. They sent me a type r rotor instead of a gsr. The part numbers are different but are these the same thing? Thanks

What about 96-00 Civics? can the ITR caps be used?

why not just get the correct cap and rotor for the engine? Also, i'm not 100% sure about it, but i wouldnt imagine that the parts are interchangeable between B and D

 

yes all b series should fit

 

Thanks for the replies. I got an SI cap. It works well. Even the cables and rotor are the same for all B-series. Don't be fooled by the part numbers. They are probably just for production purposes.
