Default b16a2 or b18c1

my buddy wanted to know what motor would be better at the tracks.. he's planning to run at a race track called RACE LEGAL down in san diego. he's looking for a motor that would do good in 1/8 of a mile.. he cant decide what he should get.. a lot of ppl was telling him to get a b16 motor since it can rev higher then a GSR.. so i dont realli no what he should get

lol what idiots said the b16 revs higher than a b18c.hahah ..gsr will almost always be better for ANYTHING than a b16.

the B16 is not a bad engine, but given the choice between the B16 and B18C1, go with the C1.

I was happy with mine when i got it. My friend with a GSR swap didnt walk on me by any means. But to do things over again, i would recomend the B18c1 as well.

what puts the c1 over the h22? the gsr has way less torque and 20 or so less hp?

it makes so much more sense to go h2b instead of without.

Motor is better balanced on the axles, gearing is better, tranny's take beating better.

I'm all about it
