i just gota cai/sp2 cat and a dc race header my buddy said im gona throw a check engine light all the time is this true can i fix it ......????

 

unplug your battery one more time to try and reset it, it should go away but im not 100% sure because of the hole non cat thing, other than that when you turn the key on to the accessory it will stay on and then blink like 5 timesw because everytime you reset the battery the car looses emisions controlls and through standard driving it will eventually reset itself.

as long as you have both o2 sensors plugged in and not modified, and all other sensors are used properly, then you wont get a light, if you do and the car runs fine, then that is just the way it works.

 

you may need a defouler escp on an 05-06 since you installed a race header.
