Try changing the rdiator cap first. If it still does,Bring it to a radiator shop and have them test it with a hand held pressure check to see if any of your hoses are leaking. If not,Get a new head gasket and have the head checked for warpage.Good Luck

Like it was said, check the rad cap first, and bleed the system for air bubbles.
I had the same problem with my GSR (10psi) in my CRX. I could only drive the car for 5 hard pulls max and she would be bubbling. I got a new head gasket and it solved the problem
I also put in ARP head studs while I was replacing the HG . I highly recommend the ARPs and check the surfaces of the head and the block.

same thing happened to me when i turbo'd my b16a2 in myt 92 civic. Check to see if the radiator fan is turning on. And check to see if your radiator is cracked anywhere.
Like i said i had the same problem and these where the reasons why.

You probably have an air bubble either in your radiator or the block somewhere. Let the car cool down completely. Take off the radiator cap, start the car up and let it idle for a while. I did this a few times until the bubbles were out and then all was good. If that doesnt wok try replacing the thermostat.
im having the same problem with my crx si turbo i tried to put on some hood scoops i had layin around thinkin it just wasnt gettin any air passed to intercooler it helped keep it cool till it melted the scoop hope you can find out wy
