96 integra misfiring 1 and 3
i have an integra that is misfiring. ive changed the spark plug wires, cap and rotor, switched the injectors around, and it still misfiring? anyone else run through with this problem? can the cat make the car misfire?
Might sound stupid but when you installed your new wires did you make sure you matched the orientation for the wires to the dizzy? I know they are different lengths but i would double check that.....also check fuel pump/fuel filter. When did it start to misfire? I would do a compression check as well just to make sure nothing is wrong internally.

Also, look inside each hole/cylinder to see if you have residew build-up or oil leak from gasket...

do you know for sure that you have spark at #1 and #3 cyl.? possibly could be a bad coil or igniter.
does the car die out?
assuming that the coil is good and that you pretty much replaced most of your primary and secondary ignition components, check to see if you have injector signal. you said you swapped injectors but how do you know for sure if the injectors are getting a signal?
may sound stupid but, double check your firing order. when changing plug wires at my Dodge dealership i forget to orient the correct wires at times.
HIGHLY doubt it is fuel related. if it was fuel related you would probably have fuel DTC's. also the engine would likely to die out or sputter, not a "dead" miss.

i agree id check for spark before anything and double check the firing order. if only 2 cylinders are missing and the others are fine then fuel should be fine unless there is a wiring problem. check the wires going to the injectors make sure your getting a signal.
