Crank Pully INSTALLATION (Getting it to stay put!)

Alrighty I need to tighten up my crank pully, taking it off was easy. But air guns apparently shouldn't be used. I searched around here at autozone, kragen etc. But found no tool to use. But I found this one on amazon:

Would that work? IT says to add this one:

Which one will work?? I'm completely lost now. I need a quick reply please!! I go to workk in about 20 min and need to order this fast. Or need to know if they would have it at sears or something.

I tried the break thing, didn't work.
And it's not recommended to use an impact because you can/will break it. So it's recommended to hand tight it on. I just need to tighten it an additional 90 degrees, so I gotta hold this thing into place some how.

there is an opening on the tranny where you can visible see the flywheel. put a screwdriver there to prevent the crank from moving. you can the put the bolt in, the torque it down to specs. also, a air gun will not break the bolt when you are taking it off. the only stories i've heard is because the person was an idiot or unless you are using it at a bad angle. it should be used straight on.

Alright thanks i'll give that a try I guess.

Alright thanks i'll give that a try I guess.
I believe both of them will work, though the 2nd one looks like it'd survive longer. Both tools depend on your crank pulley having a hexagon indentation, not all OEM pulleys have them (and I've never seen an aftermarket with one).
I've seen pictures of broken bell housings from people who tried to do the screwdriver trick. I say it depends on how lucky you feel. I'm particularly unlucky so I'm not going to try it.
You can reinstall them with an impact wrench but use one of those torque adapters. They look kind of like a dumbell, they look like an extension that tapers down to a smaller diameter between the wrench & socket ends, and the smaller diameter prevents the wrench from putting more than X ft-lbs of torque (there's different size adapters for different torque values).
