Default Serious vibration problem

I'm have a serious vibration problem with my car. Anytime I'm on the hwy, and I give it gas, something starts to vibrate at the front of my car. If I'm going about 80mph and gas it, it shakes real bad, but if I"m going about 60mph or so, it's not as bad. My wheels are balanced, my axles are tighten, and I still can't figure out what hte problem is. My steering wheel doesn't shake at high speeds or anything like that. I did a valve adjustment possibly thinking that's what it could be, but it wasn't, so can anyone help me out in this situation? This didn't start till 2 days ago when I was coming home from about a 4 hour drive.

If it only vibrates on acceleration, I would bet it's axles. I have had that problem twice in the past and it was my axles....

I had vibration while accelerating at about 70-80, i rebuilt the inboard joint on my driverside driveshaft and problem has gone away.

A friend of mine also said it could possibly be the axles, so I'll get the driverside one rebuilt, cause the boot is torn, but it's been like that for about 1.5 years or so. Thanks for the input guys. I'll update everything if it gets fixed

If that boot has been torn for that long its very likely the bearings are trashed. Luckly for me when i did my swap the OEM inboard joints were still attached to the motor so i had some nice OEM bearings i used. The joint that went bad was a remanufactured with aftermarket bearings that were crap.

I had the same problem.. it turned out to be my crank sensor on an H22.. If not that it could be other sensors... Is your ride throwing a CEL???

Seems like it would do that at all speeds.
