Practice the inner art of "Bearings Need Love too." What is this you ask? Well its a cherished mystical art that follows some simple guidelines:
1) Bearings like to ride on oil, but if you have shitty oil or lack thereof your bearings will literally be riding 'spinners'.
2) Rev limits are your friend, if you feel the need to run a stock motor to infinity minus two RPM and your pistons haven't managed to make good friends with your head, your bearings are probably making close friends with your crank / mains.
3) You've been telling women for years that 'Bigger is better,' well that applies to Crank Pulley's as well. Those nice petite shiny pulley's and their JDM counterparts = the not good for your motor. Keep it stock unless God himself demands otherwise.
4) Nitrous is like a good Mexican meal, great when it goes in, horrible on the way out - in this case the sudden extra force pushing down toward the rotating assembly. Use responsibly.
5) Have a Competent engine builder help you out / build the bottom end for you. No friends of a cousin's brothers dog here. And remember, one bearing size doesn't fit all.
